The Best One-Liners from Therapy!

Hi there!

Welcome back to the MoodiNews. Every Thursday, we discuss a variety of matters related to mental health and self-improvement.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Today marks the start of a new series on: AWESOME THERAPEUTIC ONE-LINERS! YAY!

Over the next several weeks, I’ll be sharing with you some of the best one-liners that I’ve picked up as a therapist over the years.

Each phrase carries immense wisdom for self-improvement, and, when memorized, can help you wade through a variety of life situations.

So, over the next eight weeks, we will review each statement one-by-one, explore what it means, and discuss how you can apply it to your own life for greater self-improvement.

Below are the one-liners that we’ll be discussing:

  1. First thought wrong!

  2. Avoidance is a crisis.

  3. Do not practice what you do not want to become.

  4. Knowledge is only rumor until it lives in the bones.

  5. Can you think of a time when you felt different?

  6. Do whatever will produce your desired feelings long-term.

  7. Life is work.

  8. You can do hard things.

  9. Watch your own bobber.

  10. You get to take up space.

You won’t want to miss this series—it’s going to be a fun one!
