I currently offer online therapy (telehealth) to new clients, allowing you to experience the benefits of therapy from the privacy of your own home.

Coaching is a solution-focused type of support that uses mentorship and education to get you results. Coaching is a great option for high-performers looking to overcome the personal challenges that slow their success. Coaching will be a good fit for you if you find yourself repeating patterns of behavior that prevent you from reaching your full potential. I currently offer online coaching to new clients, allowing you to experience the benefits of coaching from the comfort of your own home.

I’m Ann Duevel, and I’m glad you’re here! After experiencing transformative benefits from therapy myself, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals bounce back from chronic stress and emotional impairment through my work as a therapist, life coach, and community educator.
I have over five years of professional experience in the field of mental health, and I hold dual licenses as both a Master’s level Social Worker (MSW, LICSW) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the state of Minnesota. My passion is offering psychotherapy and mindset coaching to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and burnout, and I also offer free education to the public via my blog and social media about subjects relating to mental health and self-improvement.
